| First issued in 1990. All coins are 99.9 % pure silver. Design of a proof coin for any year is used on uncirculated coins the following year. Proof coins are of limited issue and come with a certificate of authenticity. They have highly polished surface while the uncirculated coins are matt with frosted finish. |
