Do you Give Valuations?
Yes! Peter gives free verbal valuations in person at stamp and coin shows. Have a look at the home page to see where and when you can find us.
If you would like a written valuation for insurance purposes we charge $80 for the first hour and then $4o for every half hour or part thereof after that.
Would you come and do a Valuation at my house?
Yes, if you live within 30min commute of the Cleveland 4163 area we will come to you, the call out fee for this service is $50 this fee will be waived if you are then paying for a written valuation.
Do you Buy from the Public?
Yes! We are licensed second hand dealers and pay good prices for stamps, coins, postcards, PNCs and other collectibles. Bring your items along to a trade show for a free valuation.
What are your Shipping Costs?
We charge as per Australia Post shipping fees plus up to $2 for packaging and handling on domestic items and up to $5 on overseas items. Posting items overseas can be complicated, you may contact us for a quote or use the Australia Post Postage Calculator to investigate postage rates.
Precious metal and high value items will only be sent insured, unfortunately this means we can not post to some countries. To find out whether we can insure an item to your country and what the insurance limit is please go to auspost.com.au/international, or contact us for a postage quote.
We post items as soon as possible after we receive your payment, but as retirees sometimes it takes us a few days to hobble to the post office. Sometimes it may be necessary to hold high value precious metal items for some time prior to posting to decrease the likelihood of credit card fraud.

Dear customers, in Australia consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose of don’t match the description, in this situation we will refund your full purchase price and original shipping costs.
If you change your mind about a purchase you need to advise us within three days of receiving the item and send it back within seven days, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. All products must be returned in their original condition. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post as you are responsible if the product is lost or damaged on its return trip.
